These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships
where Otten Speelgoed 2.0 acts as a supplier of products.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all our products.
The prices include the statutory VAT.

**Delivery and shipping:
Delivery takes place within 1-4 working days (see schedule) after receipt of payment on
specified delivery address.
During busy periods (e.g. Sinterklaas Christmas and Covid-19) delivery may be delayed.
Orders are delivered by DPD.
Otten Toys is not liable for lost or damaged packages at DPD.
If you enter your address details incorrectly, the order will be returned to us.
The amount of the items in the order will then be refunded to your bank account.
The shipping cost will not be refunded by us because it was your mistake.
You will have to re-order the entire order.
The order form that you receive is also your control ticket.
Check this order form with the contents of your package to make sure everything is correct.
If your order is not fully delivered upon receipt, you must do so within 2 working days

Incomplete shipping notifications after receipt will no longer be processed after 5 working days

If a package has not been delivered to you within 6 business days of shipment,

**Return Policy and Conditions for Misdelivery or Damage and Returns:
-You are obliged to check immediately upon delivery whether the products meet the requirements
We only take back items if we find technical defects or not
visible damage to the product.
-You must contact us by email within 6 working days of receiving the goods
included about a possible return.-
If it is proven that the products do not comply with the agreement,
You can have the product in question replaced with the same new product upon return.
-If we agree to a return, the shipping costs are at your expense and you must pack the items properly,

If your order turns out to be 1 item out of stock, it will not be backordered but
removed from your order.
The amount of the out of stock item will be credited to your bank account within 2 business days.
If it turns out that 2 or more items of your order are not in stock, the entire amount will be charged
The total amount of your order including shipping costs will then be refunded to your bank account within 2 working days.
Our customer service will inform you as soon as possible
Articles ordered in the pre-order advance sale/reservation are delivered immediately
as soon as they reach us.
If you order an item that is available immediately with a pre-order presale item,
then the order will be shipped in full as soon as the pre-order item is received by us.
You can cancel pre-ordered pre-sale items free of charge up to 30 days before delivery.
You must then send an email with your email to our customer service email@example.com
order number and valid reason,
You will then receive the entire pre-order presale amount
back to your bank account within 2 business days.
If you still want to cancel the pre-order presale but it is no longer in the free one
With a cancellation period of 30 days, we are forced to pay 7% of the pre-order price
to withhold, this in connection with administrative/ordering costs.
It is possible that a Pre-Order item becomes more expensive for delivery due to raw material problems
and the manufacturer also charges us the higher price,
then we are forced to pay the price too increase for extradition.
If this happens, our customer service will always contact you for extradition recorded with the customer.
The customer then has the choice to pay the new price or cancel the Pre-Order order free of charge.
**Available via backorder:
Items with backorder are not yet in stock with us but will be shipped within a short period of time expected with us.
As soon as a backorder item has been received by us, it will be sent to you immediately.
If you place an order with a backorder item then the order will be complete delivered as soon as the backordered item is in stock.
